Mr. Rutledge started his career in real estate 18 years ago working for a large commercial lender in their asset management department. Since that time he has been active in various roles in multifamily management and development. Mr. Rutledge has held Real Estate Broker licenses in both North Carolina and Georgia, and is the qualifying broker for Cobalt Property Services. John's current role with CPS includes keeping investors informed on the performance of their properties & seeking new opportunities for their improvement. He enjoys staying informed of technological changes in the property management industry and implementing those that add value and efficiency.
Mr. Rutledge completed his undergraduate studies at Samford University and his Master of Business Administration degree at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
John is passionate about using his resources, time & networks to positively impact the people, animals & communities of Atlanta. He proudly organizes an annual 5k running race in honor of his late wife as a fundraiser for Lifeline Animal Project, Kyle Pease Foundation & Widow Strong.
