Mr. Seaborn brings over 20 years of multifamily operations and acquisitions experience to Cobalt Property Services. Prior to forming Cobalt Property Services, Mr. Seaborn was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new multifamily acquisitions on behalf of one of the largest privately-held apartment owner/operators in the country.
Mr. Seaborn has been involved in the apartment industry for the better part of his life. His family has developed, owned and managed multifamily property in Metro Atlanta since the early 1960s. Mr. Seaborn has an extremely hands-on approach to property management due to his many years involvement in every aspect of managing multifamily properties. Brian started from the bottom working everything from maintenance to leasing to management.
Mr. Seaborn graduated from The University of Georgia receiving a BBA degree with a concentration in finance.
